Description

Use the gel first as a base gel and spread a thin layer over the nail surface. Leave to harden under a LED lamp for 30 seconds or 120 sec. under a UV lamp. Hardening time depends on the lamp type. Then build up the perfect nail surface with a builder gel of your choice.

Use the Base & Top in 1 again to finish the nail. When the nail surface is built up perfectly, there is no need for filing or buffing. Clean & Go.
